This is an easy sweet and sour sauce and doesn't come out of a jar.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Gently fry the onion and capsicum in a little oil.
Combine the cornflour and water, add vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and ginger.
Pour the mixture over the onion and capsicum, stir until the sauce boils and thickens. Add the shallots and pineapples.
Heat the sauce again and serve over cooked meat, fish, ham or meatballs.
